Subtle provides an electronic platform designed to facilitate the booking of short-term accommodations. Our services include:

• Handling secure payment transactions
• Providing customer support services throughout your booking experience
• Maintaining accurate property listings and information

We are committed to delivering exceptional service and ensuring a seamless booking experience for all our users.

3 Eligibility and Account Use

To use our Platform and services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a booking.
• Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your name, email address, and phone number.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4 Booking and Payment Terms

When making a booking through our Platform:

• Damages: You are financially responsible for any damages caused by misuse, negligence, or violation of house rules.
• Guest Count: Ensure the number of guests does not exceed the maximum capacity specified in the listing.

6 Intellectual Property

All content on the Subtle platform is protected by intellectual property rights:

• Ownership: All logos, trademarks, text, images, graphics, and other content on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Subtle.
• Restrictions: You may not copy, distribute, modify, reproduce, or reuse any content from the Platform without prior written consent from Subtle.
• License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

7 Disclaimer of Liability

Please note the following limitations regarding our services:

• Listing Accuracy: While we strive to ensure the accuracy of all property listings and information, we do not guarantee absolute accuracy. Property details are provided by hosts and verified to the best of our ability.
• Limitation of Liability: Subtle's liability for any claims arising from your use of the Platform or services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific booking in question.
• Indirect Damages: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
• Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for the actions or services of third-party providers that may be linked to or referenced on our Platform.

Subtle reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time:
